New York Fashion Week

Diane Von Furstenberg.

I really liked this collection for the colors that were chosen for each piece. The collection felt perfect for the everyday business woman that would still maintain a chic look.

Michael Kors.

Everything brought out by the designer was warm, comfy and classic. Ready to wear for the cold winter months.

BCBG Max Azria.

The shoes in this collection are exactly what’s needed in this weather, and are even more suitable cause they’re wedges. I thought they were all very modern designs and had a great color scheme.

J Crew.

Very classic J crew. The collection had a modern feel, but at the same time reminds me of the 50s (even contains round rimmed sunglasses).

Desigual.

I love this designer for being a breath of fresh air with each collection. The designs being fun and flirty the runway was able to be easy breezy.

These are some of the designers that I thought were highlights of what was seen. It’s nice to see what styles designers come up with during this cold weather. A wonder occurs if color and comfort are kept in mind, and many collections did (desiguals yellow shoes, diane von furstenbergs rainbow). Another highlight of fashion week in New York was seeing Kendall Jenner walk down more run ways. Another success in fashion, and another week in New York.

Salvo Haul

Wednesdays are half off day at The Salvation Army, so I was able to kind of go crazy. So many inexpensive clothes! I don’t care what someones style is, if you put effort into looking for items while shopping at salvo you will always be... Continue →
